Terms and Conditions

By booking a spiritual healing session at True North Alchemy, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Booking and Payment

  • All appointments must be booked through www.truenorthalchemy.com.au and confirmed by Natalie Skye at True North Alchemy.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments can be made via the booking form on the website.

2. Session Details

  • The session will be conducted at the scheduled time, either in person, via video call, or by phone, as agreed upon.

  • Each session lasts for the duration of the session time you have selected, and will be focused on spiritual healing, guidance, or any other service specified at the time of booking.

  • It is important to note that spiritual healing sessions are not a substitute for medical treatment, mental health care, or professional advice. You are encouraged to seek medical or psychological advice as needed.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment without penalty.

  • If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your scheduled session, the entire service fee will apply.  Provision to gift your scheduled session to a family member or friend is granted within the 48 hours of your scheduled session time.

  • In the event of an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling or any other arrangements. Email:  hello@truenorthalchemy.com.au

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available if you cancel your session 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • If a session is missed or cancelled without sufficient notice, no refund will be issued.

  • If you are unsatisfied with the session for any reason, please reach out within 3 days to discuss your concerns. While refunds for the session itself are not typically offered, I am committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to find a resolution or offer alternative options, such as rescheduling or a partial credit for future services.

5. Confidentiality

  • All information shared during the session is treated with the utmost respect and confidentiality.

  • Your personal details and the content of your session will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

6. Conduct

  • You agree to participate in the session with an open mind and a willingness to engage in the healing process.

  • If disruptive behaviour is observed, I reserve the right to end the session early. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree that spiritual healing sessions are intended to support your personal growth and well-being. While I strive for the best outcome, no guarantees of specific results are provided.

  • True North Alchemy will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the session.

8. Amendments

  • I reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you prior to your next session.

9. Agreement

  • By booking a session with me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions outlined above.
